EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed once your return has been received and verified as : unused, unworn, and unwashed.

 

SHIPPING FEES

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

-      Face masks

-      Swimwear (bikini tops, sports bras)

-      Underwear

-      Body jewelry

-      CDs, vinyl, DVDs, and Books


 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers outside of North America, including Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, and Asi, are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Email support@merchsupport.net with your order number to start the return process
  2. Fill out the Return Form (found in your order confirmation email) and include it in your package
  3. Securely package your item(s) with the return form
  4. Attach the return label and drop the package
  5. Email us once the item is dropped off
  6. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund and email you a confirmation
